The Whistler Longboard Festival Skate x Shoot event has been saved!
Huge thanks to Brooklyn Workshop for presenting and Bustin Boards for backing them. Also have to seriously thank Restless, Paris, Road Rider, Loaded, Switchback and Predator for their support. Without their support and vision, this event was dead for 2014.
Whistler, BC – The Whistler Longboard Festival is stoked to announce the return of the Skate x Shoot and Enduro events presented by Brooklyn Workshop, in association with Bustin Boards for July 6th, 2014. This year we are stoked to be sanctioned by the IDSA.
Combining a rolling, diverse 10K skateboard race with 2 rounds of supervised target shooting, the Skate x Shoot is a one of a kind opportunity to compete on the same Olympic biathlon track as the Vancouver 2010 athletes at the Whistler Olympic Park. For those that prefer stamina over target shooting, the Enduro will test your stamina with 20kms of active skating – this is no ordinary push race!
